You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don't eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you'll need added potassium). Keep your fat percentage high. Adding in green vegetables %26amp; some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.

If you starve yourself, your body will freak out and will want to store every ounce in case it doesn't get nourished again. You need to give it adequate nourishment so it doesn't slow your metabolism down to adjust for lower calories.

Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin which can store the calories you eat into fat. The more protein you eat the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate you eat the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.

Carbs are addictive and can be disastrous to our health. The best way to break the addiction is NO carbs for 3 days. Make a huge batch of deviled eggs and eat one every time you want ';something'; have huge omelets for breakfast, with bacon, a lil onion, peppers, mushrooms %26amp; cheese. Pork chops for lunch. Get pork rinds and eat them with tuna salad. Steak for dinner. Make a huge sugar free cheese cake for dessert. Eat so much you won't feel deprived of anything. By the fourth day, your addiction will be gone and you can start making healthy choices.

High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling your insulin level will balance out other hormones %26amp; allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so you will gain lean muscle even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase your muscle mass with high HGH levels.

Reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass will have you in awesome shape in no time. Good luck!Teen serious about dieting to change life for forever!?
try riding your bike around every where, when you go to the store, ride your bike. do it everyday for 30 minutes everyday.

(you will loose weight) it is very easy, and it tones you very well.

and before you eat, drink two or three cup of water , it will make you fuller faster, and sto eating sugery foods, every time you want something to eat in between your meals, eat some fruit and dink a
Get Pilates dvd's.

They're magical. I like Pilates because you can do it in your house, without anyone seeing you. They hurt like hell at first, and then they're AWESOME.

As for the food... that's a lot more difficult. What helped me was reading healthy recipes and figuring out what was healthy and what wasn't. It made me lose a bit of weight, but it made me feel SO much better as a whole.

Seriously, though, if you're feeling like your eating is out of control, you need help. Have you talked to your parents about feeling like you have addictive eating habits? A therapist is really the best way to get better if you don't have total control over your mind. Also, you've been bullied. Even if you're not acknowledging damage it has done, it has likely done a lot.
im just like you. Im overweight and 13. Im changing my life this summer I eat vegetables and no fast food!!

except once in a while but nothing deep fried. If i get subs they have no cheese or mayo. Only veggies

I got made fun of at school. Although im the popular kid my fatness is a center of laughter.

I cry alot and is stressful for me. I have low self esteem.

so now im running on a eliptical for 3 miles straight. I couldnt even run 1 mile when i started . But now i can do 3 withouth stopping and its only week 2. Try to stretch as much as possible. do watever you can dont strain yourself. I also bike 5 miles. its hard but i do it.

when u feel like your gonna stop keep going. im 176lbs and 5'0 ft tall..

i believe you can change. Take it little by little. and if ur body hurts then keep working that means that your working your muslces.

I know that you can do it. I believe in you. So believe in yourself.

i was picked on for my weight, too. definitely not fun, i know how you feel! i lost 52lbs., here's what i did:

drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don't starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you'll gain everything back, trust me.

eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it's whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like chicken breast.

skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.

if you feel hungry, but don't want to over eat, chew gum. it'll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.

cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!

and don't forget to exercise!

try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.

good luck, hun!
First, take one day at a time. Focus on today and what you can do for that day. Set an easy goal at first, say 5 pounds. Make your next goal another 5 and so on. Eat 6 small meals a day(200 calories) and each one should have some protein. That way you feel full most of the day. Do not eat white bread and limit the amount of fat such as mayonnaise, butter, etc. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Each glass should have 8 ounces. Lay off all junk food and diet drinks aren't all that great either. Try having only 1 per day. As far as exercise goes, start small with only 10 jumping jacks twice a day. The next day do 15 twice, then 20, etc. If you can't do jumping jacks, jog in place. Hope this has helped. If you ';screw up'; a day, don't beat yourself up. You are human but get back on track as soon as possible.
