Im nobody, i need a change in life!?!?

I really need a life change. I want to grow as a person and become someone better.

i really dont want to sound like im moaning. ive just kind of hit a new low, and i cant seem to pick myslef up or see myself getting away from this horrible feeling.

im proberly not the only one in the world. so ill start by saying how it all came about.

during school i had so called mates... untill things happened and all of a sudden i had nothing. i was failing grades. put on alot of weight and i lost every bit of confedence i had, by a horrible school life. that was 3 years ago.

i wanted to act and go on to persue that career and have a social life as well as be happy with my life.

ive been in and out of jobs. havnt been able to gain mates, let along keep them. its the place i live aswell, i cant seem to see myself ever being happy here. i feel like this is very vauge question to what im actually trying to ask.

to some it up, i need so many changes in life. and i dont know where to begin.Im nobody, i need a change in life!?!?
If you want to be an actor, go and be an actor.

don't let time go by by not doing it and wasting your days wanting to be something without seeking it out.



you have an idea what you should be doing in your life and you are unhappy because you are not following that dream up and actually doing it, thats why you work at some job and then quit it shortly after.



its simply because its not what you want to do. some people are content to look at the ground and some want to look at the sky and beyond.



are there any theatre groups or acting groups where you live or locally.? go along and join one and follow your dream.Im nobody, i need a change in life!?!?
thats tough, i've been there, i started a college course that i saw in the paper. now i'll be starting uni soon. i honestly couldn't see a way out of the life i was living, but now i feel like there's a bright future future coming. whatever you do don't give up. you have to keep looking for something to make you happy, make short term goals that are achievable, and in time your life will start moving in the direction. good luck.
If u are a trades person or have any tech skills,etc. Canada and Australia are competing for skilled brits.! If you want a real xhange, contact their embassies and try that.!Getting as far away from this god forsaken country is a good start.!

I think that it is quite natural to feel like this. When you dont have a clear direction then it can get very depressing and need someting to do to put you on the track. I didnt know what to do when i finished school. I couldnt find a job cause of only being 16. I went to college to pass some more time and felt so isolated, hated everyone there, put on weight. I took time out to think what I wanted. Applied for the police and didnt get in because of lack of life experience. My world had dropped. I took up a sport - netball and went to uni. In my third year i applied again and been though all of the stages and now awaiting a start date.



I think your at the age when you are finding out the real you abd what you want to do. Why dont you take up a hobby or go out with a friend. You'll be fine and trust me things will pick up.

I dont know how old you are either but I am assuming 16-18 maybe but why dont you get a pet? I have some rats and yes I know what everyone is thinking but they have such a personality and so theraputic, I love them to bits. Hold them when i'm down too,
your not alone, everyone has been there, if you want some changes try to think out of the box, think about how your still alive and how you have your health and your not dying, think of the good things and if it doesnt help take a vacation to another country or move for a while and see how other people live

It sounds like you are depressed. You are not alone!!!!

To get better: Forget about your mates, forget about everyone around you! Forget about your weight for now. You think about yourself first!

To treat depression:

First - Limit drinking alcohol and caffeinated drinks.

Second - Mild exercise raise your ';happy hormones'; - a brisk 20 minute walk will help.

Third - Get some sun exposure!!!

Above all - PLEASE GO TO THE DOCTOR!!! A mild anti-depressant will work wonders and will hopefully see your life in a different light....

We all go through ups and downs....We are all precious in our own different ways....
