How can I change my life?

I am very depressed on on medication. I am applying for Disability this coming week. I currently have a live in boyfriend. We are suppose to get married. I still love my ex husband although things did not work out. I feel like it is all my fault and it isn't I guess. I just can't get over it. I feel trapped in my mind like the only thing that could help me was him and now he is gone from me.How can I change my life?

Go see a therapist, no one on yahoo answers can really help with too deep of issues.
First of all you should not marry your current boyfriend. It wouldn't be fair to him and it would only cause you more stress. So my advice is just tell him how you truely feel and if he's a good friend he'll understand. Secondly, see a therapist about the depression. No one deserves to live like that. And about your ex husband, its always hard to get over someone that you were very close with, it takes time, you cant expect pain like that to disappear quickly, and as much as it sucks you just have to take baby steps to move on from him. Marrying someone else would not be a baby step. But dating is, bravo for you, So please talk to a friend or see a counselor, they'll help you out so much. Good luck sweetie!
