How can i change my life? i need help please?

Ok honestly my life sucks

Im 5'4 210 pounds. I wear the same Nike hoody all day and been wearing it for 1 1/2 years. I have like no good close friends, i play a video game called World of Warcraft almost all day long. Im no good at any sport and ppl pick on me at school calling me fatty and big bird.

Really how can i change this around idk what to doHow can i change my life? i need help please?
First I think you should start with reading a self improvement book or something motivational. You have to start with the inside before you can change the outside. Also keep in mind that everybody has issues some people make themselves feel better by insulting others. Once you see them for who they are, that's one up for you. Its easy to say not to worry about it but harder to do. Something has to interest you! You mentioned a video game that you play. Why not start a blog about that game or take a walk around the block. Don't hide and be yourself. NO MATTER WHAT DON'T CHANGE YOURSELF! if you change then it will be really fake. if they don't like you then they weren't meant to like you. its okay a bunch of people at my school pick on me but i just walk away and i find new friends that love me for who i am, not who im trying to be! Good luck! the key is patience. remember there are friends out there for everyone just keep looking and you'll find someone! best of luck!
1. Dont make things worse, it means stop doing the video game stuff all day, limit it to 1 or 2 hours a day.



2. Do some sport, it will build up your confidence level. Start with a walk in the park, or some jogging. Anyone can do that.



3. Dont loose hope, things can change.. and it wont change in an instant, you must struggle to have it.



4. look at the bright side, stop caring about what they said, you are you! and i believe youre good at something, its just that maybe you havnt discover it yourself



5. Take healthy food, it will do impact on your body and the way you think



6. help others around you, and share a smile
