i'm 22 years old and when i weighted myself today i couldn't believe the number 204 lbs this is the most i have ever weighed in my life. well i need to do somthing about it. i just got in a car accident and i'm recoverying from a leg injury but i want to lose this weight. what's a good way to start. what has worked for some other peopleHow do you change your life 204lbs?

get like a stationery bike, and whenever you want to have a snack, just bike instead. only eat when you feel hungry. and eat in small portions. do mostly cardio workouts, and you should be good to go.
Well, how tall are you? Are you a male or female?



If you want to lose weight the only prooven way is to EAT LESS AND MOVE MORE.



You need to change your lifestyle and be consistent. Eat better (less caloriess and more healthy) and you need to find an exercise that you like and will stick with.



Slow and steady is better than quick gains. It's best to lose no more than one pound a week. Any more can lead to bounce back weight or health problems.
